The Glodok facility operates as a production and quality-control environment rather than a retail space. Scheduled visits for verified trade enquiries or press correspondence may be arranged by contacting the team in advance with at least five business days notice. Walk-in visits are not accommodated.
Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. The quality-control team will respond with the documentation within two business days.
At present, Brastel fulfils orders within Indonesia only. International shipping arrangements are under evaluation and may be extended to select regional markets in 2026. Contact the team for updates on international availability.
